Liotrivi House 1 at Old Nikiti

I admit I haven’t tried any of the other accommodations in Nikiti but I’m pretty sure I booked at the best place. The house was spacious with 2 bedrooms on the upper level. It was bright inside while there were several options to sit outside to enjoy the lovely Greek weather. Just 100m away is a mini market to get your bottle of wine and supplies for mezedes or a more substantial meal. Masoutis and Lidl are reachable by car. And on Fridays, make sure you visit the local market. Located between the old town of Nikiti and the marina, there are many restaurant, cafe and bar options. And what I liked most was that you can walk everywhere, if you’re not lazy. The owners were super friendly, accommodating and patient with us. In comparison to the apartments we booked in Thessaloniki where checkin was via a lockbox and we never saw a human being, at Liotrivi Old Houses, you actually meet your hosts Dimitra and Niko! For me, that was a lovely experience. If I can, I would love very much to come back as soon as possible.
