Liotrivi House # 2 at Old Nikiti

A stylish, well-equipped stay that’s perfect for families – just best with a car if you want easy beach access. Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated accommodation – it was perfect for our family. Each bedroom (and the living room!) had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the warmer days. The kids loved having their own TVs in the rooms, and the coffee machine was a lovely touch for the grown-ups in the morning. The washing machine was especially handy with little ones – such a helpful amenity when traveling as a family. Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped place that made our stay really enjoyable. Negative: The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a bit far from the beach if you don’t have a car – not really walkable with little ones. But we had a car so, no issues for us

Staying at Liotrivi Nikiti Old Town it is a big pleasure !!! We stayed also last year (2024) in one apartment. This year 2025 we took 3 apartments. Next year we are planing to rent all 5. It is very clean and comfortable, especially when you have kids and you are big family. Evangelos and his Family have their own olives trees. And we buy oil from them. A real bio olive oil. His mom said we put nothing into this oil, only rain what God gives!!! So, we strongly recommend Liotrivi Apartments. Don’t look that it is in old town, it is even better: after a tastefully dinner to walk back by foot 15 minutes. No more!!!! When you arrive in old town you can feel the difference, you can feel immediately the silence. The new part is fully of the restaurants and hotels and it is big noise there. Have a nice stay!!!

Good location to spend your time in Halkidiki Positive: It was a spacios, clean and good looking location. Negative: We had just one bathroom for four people, but we knew it by the time we made the reservation.
